Probably not: You need a pelvic ultrasound to determine the lining of your uterus. You could be miscarrying, and if that's the case, your pregnancy status can be determined by a blood test. If you are pregnant and bleeding like this, you may need d&c, a procedure to evacuate the lining of your uterus. See you physician.
