Yes you can: Yes you can, however spontaneous ovulation post Depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) is inconsistent. If your periods were irregular prior to Depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) use, then they may have returned to that irregularity post Depo and with that inconsistent ovulation.
