Skin lesions on nose: Might be acne or rosacea pustules or folliculitis. Another possibility is impetigo if there is honey-colored crusting. Do not squeeze them as that can force infection into bloodstream or ultimately into brain. Wash with warm soapy water, rinse, pat dry. Apply antibiotic ointment. If no improvement in couple days, see pcp for further evaluation & treatment. Wash hands thoroughly after touching lesi.

Bullous impetigo: Bullous (blistering) impetigo is most commonly due to staphylococcus aureus skin infection. Other less likely causes include strep pyogenes, varicella (chicken pox), or zoster (shingles).
