I have a white blister on my nose with redness around it. it's been there for almost 20 yrs the redness seems to be getting worse?

Should be evaluated: If you have had this lesion for 20 years and it it changing for the worse, you should have it examined. A dermatologist would be the best route to go, as he/she can biopsy the lesion-if necessary-to definitively make a diagnosis and treat.
