Folic acid: Any prenatal vitamin that you like will be fine. All will contain Folic acid which helps prevent certain birth defects. They do not improve fertility though. If you are having trouble getting pregnant see an Obgyn. General healthiness improves fertility -- good diet, exercise, weight loss if needed; avoiding tobacco, drugs and alcohol.
