Prenatal vitamins seem to have 30-100 iu of vitamin e but i thought vitamin e wasn't safe in excess mounts during pregnancy. how much is too much?

Vitamin E: The requirement for vitamin e fora pregnant woman is25-30 mg per day. High doses of vitamin e would be 400 mg per day.
