A member asked:

Are the male fertility blend vitamins available over-the-counter shown to help improve count & motility?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Zinc may be marginal in diets and a man needs enough zinc in order to become a father. A cheap vitamin-and-mineral supplement should cover this. Otherwise, they are unlikely to help. The claims are written in weasel language. If a couple is trying to conceive, good nutrition and fitness are desirable as adjuncts to what evidence-based medicine can offer. Don't spend much money on supplements.
