Little worry but...: Actually the recommended daily intake of d has been increased to 600 iu/day but most adults need at least 5000 iu/day for optimal levels- see http://bit.Ly/1dc7vna low d increases your risk of diabetes ; preeclampsia ; can result in a baby with low birth weight, but hopefully you are not too deficient. Get levels checked now, take more d ; get sun- see http://bit.Ly/1gnxnk0.
