Cancer unlikely: While it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion about the lack of periods, it is unlikely that you have any cancer. It would be prudent to consult a gynecologist. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. Need more info.: You mentioned that your estrogen level was a little bit elevated. But what about the rest of the hormonal panel? There are several other hormone levels that work in conjunction with estrogen both within and outside of the gonadal axis. These hormones also need to be checked before we rule out the possibility of a hormonal aberrancy causing your symptoms.
