By seeing my ultrasounds reports my doctor said that my placenta is little right lateral position and size of uterus is also unusal. please help me?

Unclear question: The placental position is only abnormal if it is low in the uterus near the internal cervical opening. I'm unsure what the unusual uterine size could mean without more information. I suggest you discuss the results with your doctor.
