Many items: The fluctuation from side to side is unlikely to be due to a stroke or even focal decreased blood vessel flow. Many migraine patients due experience problems with auras, and this can include facial numbness, and, if headaches are associated perhaps this is the answer. But clearly, this is troubling you, and need to have evaluated by your doctor.
