EGB761 ??: By your acronym, do you mean a specific extract of ginkgo biloba? It's an herb studied for many potential uses such as dementia, age-related memory impairment, tinnitus, glaucoma, peripheral vascular disease, etc. There is 1 positive study showing it may help anxiety in people with early dementia: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/16808927.

EGB761 & Anxiety: Ginkgo biloba or egb761 has been used for thousands of years as an aspect of traditional chinese medicine (tcm). There have been anecdotal reports and some clinical studies suggesting that gb is helpful in reducing anxiety and improving memory functioning. Keep in mind that even dietary supplements such as gb can have side effects. Also there are evidence based treatments that help with anxiety.
