If you are in that : Much pain, go to a foot doctor and let them drain the cyst to get rid of your pain. The contents of that aspiration (fluid removal) should always be sent to a pathologist. Ganglions due have a high recurrence rate and at some point you may undergo surgical removal...But removing the fluid should be a quick way to get out of the pain you are in.
