ER: Go see a neurologist. He may order mri, eeg, cat scan plus complete neurological exam. Migraigne, cluster headache, arteriovenous malformations, tumors, can all be associated. Do not wait any longer, see neurologist or go to emergency room asap.

Consult your Dr: Constant headache for 3 weeks can be due to an underlying medical condition or it could be a tension headache or a migraine. Either way your headache should be evaluated right away with your pcp or neurologist or a pain physician.
