EatWell-PaceYourself: You have to 'listen' to your body. If you force it, your study efficiency will plummet, so take a break for 20-30 minutes or longer, whatever will regenerate you. Go for a walk or lie down, maybe even nap. but just getting horizontal will help. And do some stretches, loosen up. If you are walking you'll come up with questions or ideas for further study. If you are lying or stretching you'll relax
