I have a dull aching mild front side headache now for three days straight (non-stop). i noticed it when i woke up one morning. should i be concerned?

Yes: any headache lasting for 3 days is worrisome unless this is your usual migraine pattern. If awakened from sleep, especially worrisome. Please seek medical advice where you can be examined.

Likely not serious: Given your description of a mild headache over 3 days without other neurological symptoms, it's likely not a major issue but still needs to be addressed. It could be viral, stress, dehydration etc. I will recommend plenty of water, rest, Tylenol or Motrin OTC, if you can tolerate that. If not helpful, consult a healthcare provider to determine proper management of your condition. Do not ignore it.
