Congratulations!: I'm not sure what your question is, but congrats on your pregnancy and on having twins.. Twins happen w/o a family history and w/o fertility treatment. They may be identical or fraternal (not identical). Your obstetrician will follow you more closely because of your age & because of the twins. Ask your OB dr. What the next step will be, & if you need a high risk OB dr. Good luck.
