More info needed: What is the status of your anti-ds dna antibody and anti- ssa and ssb antibodies? Is there blood protein or casts in your urine? What is your CRP and esr? What is your C3 and C4 and ch50 levels?

No crazy : Sounds like an undiagnosed connective tissue disease. There are many out there besides lupus. I treat many patients like you. See a rheumatologist to help with further diagnosis.

Has anyone ever came across a patient that had Pityriasis rosea but accompanied either by dizziness, balance issues, fatigue or muscle weakness. Can other symptoms like these present during this type of rash?
