Good followup: It is rarely possible to make an definitive diagnosis of splenic abnormalities with imaging. We can usually say something looks benign on ct or mri, but followup imaging should be considered to document stability. If your ct was a while ago (3-6 months), the MRI would be good as a followup. Mri may also help to characterize the abnormality.
