Technically, No.: An MRCP is a heavily T2-weighted MRI signal of the abdomen. If the T2 weighting were (for some reason) NOT "very" heavy, AND if there were reconstructions of the image in the coronal or sagittal plane (these are very technical terms), then the spleen COULD be seen & measured to determine if it's enlarged. Most of the time, however, these technical modifications aren't performed & spleen isn't seen
