I am very sore on the sides of my tongue, have a large ulcer on the inside of my bottom lip and the back of my tongue/throat. what could this be?

Apthous ulcers?: If multiple ulers are there it could be from apthous stomatitis . Behcet's disease is a condition with multiple oral ulcers but also need to r/o other condititons like herpetic gingivostomatitis , drug induced ulcers .Also a condition called vincent's angina caused by a bacteria can cause oral ulcers, blistering conditions like pemphigus. Occly.Gonococcal infn, vasculitic condnslike lupus can lead.

Virus/ulcers: Without seeing it i can only guess. These symptoms can be created by viral infection (such as herpes simplex i) or can be aphthous ulcers which are ulcerations of unknown origin. If you get lip sores from stress or sun exposure, it most likely is herpes. I would suggest seeing a dentist while the symptoms are there for investigation and diagnosis.
