Which is better to use for teeth whitening: baking soda whitening strips or whisky?

Whitening strips: Tooth whitening strips are the best method of the three you have indicated for teeth whitening. They are impregnated with a chemical specifically for teeth whitening. Baking soda is an old wives' tale which may whiten your teeth, but not as fast or as well as the whitening strips. I have never heard of using whiskey to whiten teeth. I don't think that would work!

Whisky?: Whitening strips are ok, but as mentioned before, an in office whitening procedure along with home whitening solutions with a mouthpiece work much better, are more predictable and faster.
