It's ok: The common ingredient in professional and OTC whitening products is carbamide and hydrogen peroxide. The concentrations vary from 2% to 22%. Baking soda is an acidic base that's not too abrasive so that's a good ingredient and salt is therapeutic but a bit abrasive for every day use. Less salt would be preferable. I don't think that it's superior to OTC whitening toothpaste but it's natural.
