3% H2O2 + soda: You can use sodium bicarbonate with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and use instead of toothpaste. Moreover, a sodium bicarbonate solution is likely to reduce the amount of harmful oral microbial flora. If concerned, see your dentist for more information.

Teeth whitening: Salt will cause scratches in the enamel leading to increased staining. See your dentist for professional teeth whitening.

Use professional gel: Salt does not whiten your teeth. 3% peroxide is weak and only contacts your enamel for a minute.Baking soda is abrasive and will wear away your enamel, making your teeth look yellower. The products will remove surface stains which will make your teeth look brighter, but they will not change the color of your teeth. See a dentist for best results.
