Yep: The currents or electric strength from beauty treatments is not strong enough to "travel" thru your skin and to your teeth. Just try not to have a bracket zapped directly. But that probably won't bother things either unless it is done repeatedly.

Yes: Certain imaging tools are not warranted with braces, i.e. Mri's, as the metal throws shadows and obscures anatomic structures and makes diagnoses more difficult. I see no reason why electrolysis for facial hair or similar procedures would be contraindicated by braces. I have never seen or heard of electrical conductivity through normal orthodontic appliances.
