Tmj: Orthodontia may help. Talk to a dentist about a treatment plan. TMJ is painful so it is wise to address it!

Help: Severe TMJ is best evaluated by an dentist/orthodontist. Mouth Guards and other dental appliances can alleviate the damage of clenching and grinding. These appliances can also prevent muscle fatigue and other joint problems by moving the teeth and jaw into a more neutral position.
