Resources: Books on cognitive-behavioral therapy by aaron beck or david burns, specifically to treat phobias and anxiety disorders. You need grounding in the cognitive model to understand your thinking, feeling and avoidant behavior better. Browse for titles on amazon then go to the library or bookstore for reading.
