You can answer that: If you haven't had any other injury or overuse, you play video games frequently, and it hurts after you play, then you can assume that playing video games is the problem. Try taking some time off from playing and use some anti-inflammatory medication (advil, aleve). If your symptoms resolve, you have your answer.
