Consult with your DD: Many wisdom teeth do not have room in the mouth to remain healthy. If your wisdom teeth have erupted during invisalign and there is inadequate space they could be removed and treatment continued with them no longer in the way.

See orthodontist: Your question is rather vague. Wisdom teeth are generally not used as part of orthodontic treatment, though they can be. Invisalign would not be appropriate for dealing with wisdom teeth, in fact it is much inferior to conventional orthodontics for almost any orthodontic malady. That is my personal opinion after more than 25 years of practicing orthodontics of all types.

Seek evaluation: Although 3rd molars or wisdom teeth are not frequently included in clear aligner treatments, they should be evaluated by your licensed orthodontist as part of your initial examination. Only in that manner can a recommendation for the inclusion in treatment be determined. In some instances, their removal prior to treatment may be prescribed.

Extract or trim: Extract the wisdom teeth or trim the end of the aligner.

Most likely nothing: As long as the wisdom teeth are not interfering with your invisalign aligners you do not have to do anything. If they are impinging on the aligners, the aligners can be adjusted. My best guess is they will eventually need to be extracted. This should have been evident on your invisalign radiographic work-up and discussed prior to your treatment.

Immediately: Immediately contact the Dentist or specialist Orthodontist who treated you. That's the practitioner who knows you best. Schedule a reevaluation.
