6-8 weeks: Simple fracture of the metacarpal bone takes about 6-8 weeks to heel. That assuming the bone is not out place, our have any complication factors.

Depends: Different parts of the bone heal with different speeds due to blood supply to the bone. Fractures closer to the joint but not in the joint can heal more rapidly due to better blood supply. Oblique fractures heal faster than transverse fractures due to more exposed bone surface.

6-8 weeks: Fully "heal" meaning the bone is united 6-8 weeks for an uncomplicated fracture. Trauma with high energy and defects and open wounds longer low energy non-displaced fracture in an healthy person, a little faster get back to "normal" "heal" could be a few months at least.
