Metacarpal: It depends on how far off from alignment it is. If it is not aligned well enough, it can lead to problem with your hand function and the way your fingers are aligned and work together. Make sure you have it evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon and get it fixed. It takes about 6 weeks for a fracture to heal. Be careful, boxing is a rough sport with many risks.
