Yes: In many cases foot drop is correctable. Depending on the level of injury it will vary in recovery time. There are some patients who will recover 100% and others who may not. There are many excellent treatment options available conservatively and surgically. Best wishes!

Depends: I would recommend PT. That really helps and I have seen people recover. The degree of recovery varies as some people fully recover and some partially. Also braces for drop foot really help.
