After : After an evisceration and if your eyelids are not previously damaged, then you should not need additional surgery.

Should be none: If it is purely an evisceration without the need for extirpative surgery of the soft tissues of the ad exam structures or orbit, there should be no scars. A spacer may be placed in order to maintain the volume of the orbit and prevent soft tissue contraction.
