Possibly, only: The low amh and low afc makes us concerned about your fertility potential so complete family asap. No afc does not necessarily mean the ovary is completely useless. The ovary makes hormone even if there are few eggs. The big picture for you is that your fertility is on the down side and you need to get advice from a futility expert to make good decisions.
