IVF or Egg Donor: A rei specialist can assess your chances with ivf. The Clomid (clomiphene) challenge test day 10 fsh can help to decide whether or not ivf is a reasonable option, and a rei will also look at your ultrasound. If you're willing to do ivf and would use an egg donor if unsuccessful with own eggs that's a good option. If financially or emotionally you can only do one round of treatment i would consider donor egg.

IVF with PGD: Unfortunately your ovaries behave much older than your age. And your bloodwork and history suggest that the reason for your miscarriages is related to the number, quality or genetics of your eggs (i assume all other tests are normal). And so you likely have a limited window of opportunity probably before entering ovarian failure. More advanced treatment will maximize your chances.
