Muscle cramps.: Not sure what is meant by Implanon mention, but what is described appears to be a muscle cramp. When it occurs, stretch the muscles in the back of the calf by moving the toes up and pushing the heel away while straightening the knee. Ensure that you are getting enough potassium in your diet.
