implanon pain in left calf. woke up in middle of the night with pain and woke up not being able to walk with pain.?

Muscle cramps.: Not sure what is meant by Implanon mention, but what is described appears to be a muscle cramp. When it occurs, stretch the muscles in the back of the calf by moving the toes up and pushing the heel away while straightening the knee. Ensure that you are getting enough potassium in your diet.

Do venous ultra soun: Sudden pain in a calf could mean a blood clot please check with your doctor and consider venous ultra sound.
