Not all: Why you had a ct scan of the abdomen and why you think about cancer? Ct scan is not a perfect tool to detect cancers. Some cancers like colon cancer or ovarian cancer can not be well seen unless the mass is big enough to see. If you have abdominal pain- there are a lot of other things besides cancer- that can explain the pain. Talk and work with your doctor to find out what the real problem.
