Tylenol (acetaminophen): You can take 2 extra strength tylenol (acetaminophen) and throat analgesic spray or sore throat lozenges. If you start with any fevers or chills or worsening pain you should be evaluated for strep throat which requires antibiotics.

Tylenol, (acetaminophen) sucrets: This is hard, as less is more in pregnancy. Tylenol, throat losenges, hydration, rest are the mainstays of treatment if you get a fever, or still have symptoms after 4 -7 days, see your pcp and have strep test.
