Recent?: If these have been present for just a few days, they are likely from a cold. You may try Tylenol for the aching, anesthetic troches for sore throat, and decongestant spray for up to a maximum of 5 days. Do note that a small % of people do end up with a sinus infection and thus if symptoms persist >10 days, you should consult your family doctor
