Can be: Valplast is one of a number of types / designs / concepts for lowere partial dentures. I do not use them except in rare short term situations. Better long term options exist.

Yes: This is a suitable denture for lower molars. However, the material is not as easy to adjust as a conventional denture. Also if a tooth becomes dislodged from the valplast partial denture the tooth cannot be glued back on by your dentist. The entire partial denture will need to be sent to the lab to have this problem fixed. Talk to your dentist.

Yes: Valplast metal free partials are a good option for patients wanting a metal free option that is more esthetic. It can be repaired and have teeth added to it by the lab if needed.Another option is called duraflex which I have found to be easier to work with and is far more stain resistant..See link here for more info.. http://www.kellerlab.com/230/products/duraflex.ph.
