How long until the pain in my mouth subsides after having my wisdom teeth removed?

A few days: If it lasts more than a week go back to the dentist and get help. It could be a problem.

About 48 hrs.: Without any post operative complications, most people will notice the pain subside in 24-48 hrs. If it's been longer than a couple days and you're still in pain, have things re-evaluated by the dentist or surgeon who removed the teeth.
