Pain can vary: Without knowing how long ago your surgery was performed, how many wisdom teeth you had removed and the location (upper and/or lower jaw), the position and development of the teeth, as well as the level of difficulty encountered to remove them, and the technique and experience of your surgeon, it may be difficult to provide a definitive answer. Also, the perception of pain can vary in patients.

Not uncommon: However, going back to your dentist or oral surgeon to have a post-op examination is advised. Take care.
