Retina and vision: Your retina is essential for vision and was likely in distress with your history, multiple recent visits. Hopefully your retinal issues are now stable. Please take your medications. Vision enhancement with glasses is now the problem at hand. Ok to go for new glasses. Enjoy your sight.

You do not!: Follow up as recommended for the pvd. It sounds like you have been examined enough for the PVD unless you are still having changing symptoms. You only need to be seen for glasses if you want new glasses and they did not already check you for them.
