Don't loose it!: Take it back to your dentist to have it re-temporary cemented. If this is not possible, most drug stores have a temporary dental cement you can use. Dry both the inside of the temporary crow, and your tooth and push the crown back on in the correct orientation.

Keep it on: The best thing to do is to keep the crown on your tooth. Go the nearest pharmacy and ask for emergency dental kits, there's usually a temporary cement that can be used to "glue" the crown back on. And as soon as possible, go see your dentist to have it properly re-fitted and re-cemented.

Dental crown: Temporary crown should stay on until the final crown is ready to be placed. Should it happen make sure your dentist is informed to advise you of proper steps.

Common theme: It is important to notify / visit your dentist asap, the fit of the final crown may be affected if you leave the temporary crown off for too long.
