Wisdom teeth: The inability to clean around those wisdom teeth may be causing your bad breath? It is completely fine to have your wisdom teeth removed if you suffer with halitosis (bad breath).

Bad Breath and Teeth: If the removal of your wisdom teeth and the origin of your "bad breath" are not related to any systemic or immune response problems, I do not see a direct concern with having your wisdom teeth removed if you have bad breath. If there are other concerns you have that were not stated, consider having a full medical assessment by your md prior to having the extractions.
