Probably wait: Call your dentist, but i would probably wait a while before being concerned. The best way to tell what is going on is to have a dentist look at it and get an x-ray. It is possible that you are feeling something else.

See a dds: A piece of tooth could have remained, a piece of bone could be coming up to the surface. Why wait ? Have it looked at.
