It depends: If the bones are the only site of breast cancer metastasis, a person potentially can liver for many years. If the cancer involves other organs, the survival is about 1 1/2=2 years.

Depends: By definition breast cancer that has metastasized to the bone is stage iv. Depending on the patient's overall health and response to therapy can live many years.
