Alas, but no: There are some intriguing ideas about compounds in placentas and their possible role in healthy skin, but i don't recommend asking pregnant women if you can borrow their placenta afterwards... :) no topical treatment can give you a facelift. The best topical skin care regimen i know of is tns serum. It doesn't give a facelift, but can help wrinkles and discoloration.

Not really: While any drying layer of protein may create a contraction effect not unlike rumors of applying egg whites to one face, this may be a reasoable moisturizer but will not truly create a rejuvenating effect.
