No: No, there is no well established relationship between migraines and aaas. Symptoms of rupture are excrutiating abdominal/flank or back pain, and shock.The greatest risk factors for aaas are age >65, smoking, male gender, and a family history. People with connective tissue disorders (marfan's syndrome / ehlers-danlos syndrome) are also at greater risk. Ultrasounds are a great screening modality.
