I had the 3 immunisations for rabies in 2000 due to travel in india ,in march 2001 i had my first migraine aura without headache and have then monthly since,could there be a connection from these that may have caused the start of my migraines?

Unlikely: It may be comforting to look for a cause to your issue & suspect something that happened before it started.However getting killed by a car while skating on a freeway was not caused by the skates. In the same way a loose connection with the vaccine can be considered but never proven. Many never find a cause or predictable trigger so this is just unknowable.
